On SystmOnline Login /Airmid App: by selecting the items you require.
In Person: by ticking the items you require and dropping the slip off.
By Post: You can send your repeat prescription slip in by post and if you supply a stamped, self-addressed envelope we will post your prescription back to you. (This method may take longer than the others as it is dependent on the postal service)
Always order your medication in plenty of time so that you do not run out & Allow at least 2 working days for us to process and issue your repeat prescription
Getting your test results
If your test results show that you need more tests or treatment, we will contact you.
Once a doctor has reviewed your test results, you can view them:
If you have any queries regarding your test results, please submit a Systmconnect request below and we will get back to you.
If you have been ill for 7 days or less you don’t need to see a Doctor. You can complete a Self-Certification form yourself.
If you have been ill for more than 7 days you will need a doctor’s certificate. These certificates are called ‘Fitness to Work’ Certificates.
Please complete a request via SystmConnect. We will contact you to arrange a GP telephone or face to face review.
If you have already been seen by your Doctor about this illness your certificate will be sent to you within a week.
If you have already had a Sick Note (Fit Note) for this illness your Doctor may not need to see you to issue an additional Sick Note. Please complete a request via SystmConnect. We will contact you to let you know when you can collect your Sick / Fit Note or we may contact you to arrange an appointment.
Please note sick notes can be back dated to the date you require this from.
